Concierge Services is currently searching for a part-time Corporate Concierge for their Sacramento location.
Team members help manage the client experience for tenants and owners of executive office buildings in Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento and Roseville. If you are a polished, upbeat professional please consider this opportunity to provide premium concierge services. The successful candidate will have event planning or hospitality experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Reliable transportation required. Some college required.
Job duties include: Meeting arrangement and set up. Produce and distribute email blasts and newsletters. Coordinate building wide events.
This position is 20 hours a week, flexible hours Monday through Friday. no weekends. Must submit a sample of a flyer or writing material you have produced.
