Our new Bistro serves small plates from our wood fired oven, home brewed craft beer, nitro cold brew coffee, mixed cocktails. Our Grill restaurant is a multi-course, table service with 235 seats where we know every customer by name. We?re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Dining Room Manager, with the desire and skill to train talented and young staff. The Dining Room Manager ensures the smooth operation of the dining rooms, and directly, supervises, and coordinates staff during meal service. They oversee and address resident needs and concerns immediatelyWe are looking for an individual with a minimum of one year of experience as a dining room manager or fast paced- fine dining supervisor. The position is full-time with benefits, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits to those who qualify.
