We are looking for Full time Restaurant Operations / Training person needed for a National Franchisee Development office. We have various openings within our organization. Current opening is in Greater Sacramento region.
Conduct monthly in-store evaluations to ensure compliance with franchise
requirements and to protect brand for consistency and quality.
Work on restaurant profitability, local store marketing & daily operaations. Making sure all restaurants are operated with tight quality and by operations manual.
Provide direct field support to Franchisees for all restaurant operations to maximize sales and profits.
Train staff members as required for upcoming iniciatives & in store operations.
Required to do hands on training with restaurant employees.
Good time-management practices and strong verbal & written communication skills are a must.
Help Franchisees plan, organize and carry out local marketing programs to
increase sales.
If worked on leasing and construction that experience will be utilized as well for new store development.
Attend regional meetings as required
Computer skills, problem solving, efficient writing and restaurant experience preferred.
Reliable transportation needed for monthly visits within the area.
Food/Hospitality experience is desired not required. Anyone with restaurant management or similar restaurant position will have better advantage. Someone working with restaurants will have better fit towards this position.
