BUSY CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE IN MIDTOWN LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER

First and foremost you must be comfortable working in an office environment with several dogs (sometimes as many as 8) of several different sizes varying from 8 pounds up to 120 pounds. They are here almost everyday and are considered staff =)
We are looking to add a PERMANENT, FULL-TIME team member to our front office staff.
Our busy, busy, busy chiropractic office is growing and we are looking for a talented MULTI-TASKER to help with front desk/reception/patient management-type work.
This full-time position includes:
VACATION TIME, HEALTH BENEFITS, RETIREMENT PLAN, and MONTHLY BONUSES.
Seeking a HIGHLY-MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC, SELF-DIRECTED, FRIENDLY FACE for the following duties:
Answering phones and patient questions about our office
Coordinating patients in office (check-in and check-out); Collecting payments
Scheduling patient appointments
Insurance verification and billing
Data entry
Requesting patient records from other offices
Prepare and send specialist referrals
Communicating with attorney's offices, health and auto insurances
Assisting with patient therapies
Maintain cleanliness of the office
Occasional dog walking/sitting =)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a fast and willing learner
Must be comfortable in a busy, sometimes 'overwhelming,' think-on-your-feet type atmosphere
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
Must have exceptional work ethic
Must be comfortable with a wide diversity of patients, as the office is located in Midtown Sacramento
Previous chiropractic experience is NOT necessary but may be helpful
Must be available 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
Must LOVE DOGS and be comfortable working in an environment with DOGS, BOTH LARGE AND SMALL =)

We will be hosting an OPEN HOUSE / OPEN INTERVIEW at the dates/times listed below where you will have a chance to meet the staff (including the dogs!), see the office, and get a feel for the work environment before you apply. Preliminary applications will be available at this open house, and formal interviews will follow. Please bring resume/cover-letter and we look forward to meeting you. Again, there WILL be dogs at the open house.
