Villara is currently seeking a recruiter to add to our HR team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review resumes and applications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and relevance to open position.
Pre-screen candidates through initial phone interviews and face-to-face interviews.
Provide information to candidates about the company and position.
Participate in weekly meetings with HR to determine hiring needs
Provide hiring managers with detailed information about candidates and schedule interview
Identify and recruit qualified candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
OTHER RESPONSABILITIES
Occasionally participate in job fairs.
Conduct new hire orientation when needed
Compile various spreadsheets and reports.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Insurable Driving Record and Valid Driver's License
Ability to travel for recruitment purposes.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Possess strong communications skills both written and oral.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
