ProHealth Home Care, Inc . is one of the fastest growing Home Health and Hospice Agencies in Northern California under the dynamic management of Industry veterans. Currently we are hiring for Recruiter/HR Coordinator for our Sacramento office.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy for Home Health and Hospice positions. Developing and updating all job descriptions and job specifications for open positions within the company. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Act as a point of contact during the selection process. Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Partners with Human Resources, Director of Patient Services, Director of Rehabilitation, and Operations Manager to determine staffing needs.

Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, and make recommendations for hire (or not hire) for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within an assigned territory.

Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.

Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.

Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

Follow up with Human Resources, Director of Patient Services, Director of Rehabilitation, and Operations Manager to ensure updated information on the interview process status.

Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Complete weekly report on recruiting activity.

Keep a update on HR files.

New Hire Onboarding and training coordination.

Exit formalities after employee termination.

Other Job tasks as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Proven work experience as a Home Health and Hospice RN recruiter(Preferred)

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, face to face interviews)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Bachelor's Degree

2 - 5 years of recruiter experience in Home Health and/or Hospice (Preferred).

Computer proficiency.

Ability to multitask.

This position required to commute to other office location as required.

No remote work.

We are paying $25 per hour with benefits for this position.
