Gordon Farms is looking for someone to join our team that has the skills to maintain and operate farm equipment and general labor for the production of almonds and walnuts. Canidate must be hardworking, reliable and flexible.
Responsibilities: multiple positions available Foreman/operator/Mechanic/maintenance
Must be able to read and write well in English
Repair and Maintain Farm equipment
Some equipment operation
Perform routine preventative Maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
adhere to all safety policies and procedures
bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
ability to carry 50 pounds.
Additional information
Typical workdays are Monday-Saturday with a few Sundays during Harvest.
Hours are 6-4:30 May be longer during harvest August-November.
wage depends on experience.
must be punctual with reliable transportation and the ability to work with others.
