Position Summary
The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. This role requires strong technical skills, consistent productivity, and the ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and repair work on all makes and models
Complete maintenance services and safety inspections
Document findings, recommendations, and completed work with clarity
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all shop procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards
Collaborate with service writers and management to ensure timely workflow
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent follow through
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years automotive repair experience
● Strong diagnostic ability preferred
● Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
● Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent output
● Professional conduct and reliable attendance required
Preferred:
ASE certifications
advanced diagnostic capabilities
Experience in a high volume or multi bay shop environment
