Premier Mobile Tire is seeking a Mobile Tire Technician
Duties Include but not limited to:
Inspecting customer tires for signs of wear and areas for potential failure.
Make tire repairs if they believe the tire does not need to be replaced
Patches to repair cracks or holes in the tire’s tread but can also involve replacing individual tire components, such as valve tubes, if the rest of the tire is structurally sound. In addition, the tire technician may also perform repairs to balance the tires and ensure steady performance.
Possess physical strength to be able to lift heavy items
A valid driver’s license and a good record of driving
Effective interpersonal and proven customer service skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally
Good marketing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Proven time management, organization, and time management skills, as well as exceptional ability to work effective within a team setting
Ability to display professionalism, maintain quality focus, and pay attention to detail
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring systems), product specifications, and seasonality; demonstrating knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques
Able to schedule route as well as communicate with other management and the owner
Must be willing to adapt to ever changing market.
Produce reports showing truck numbers for tracking
be available to help with mobile oil changes

Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour
