Sole practitioner in civil practice seeks contract attorney(s) for assistance. Applicants must be admitted and in good standing in California. Work would generally be remote, with hourly remuneration depending on experience. Open to different levels of skills/experience.
Ideal candidate will have skills/interest in both federal and California litigation with subject matter experience including the administration of decedents' estates in probate and debtor-creditor relations including bankruptcy. Experience in Los Angeles and San Francisco counties also helpful.
