Paralegal Position Available for Civil Litigation Firm in Sacramento, CA
A reputable law firm in Sacramento California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal to join our team. Fully remote, although residence within 50 miles of Sacramento or Bay Area is required. Real estate and business legal experience preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation, including legal research, document preparation, and case management. Strong people skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. - Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. - Manage case files and maintain organized records. - Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court proceedings. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation, of any type. - Proficiency in legal research tools and software. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
