When someone is injured or a victim of a personal injury, they call our law firm for help. When prospects call, they are in an emotionally volatile place. Our superheros are the first line of support to "take callers by the hand" and walk them through our intake process, so they can get the help and support they need. Berg Injury Lawyers is looking for superstars with exceptional telephone skills.
Someone who looks and sounds professional at all times.
Someone who is confident and will let callers know they called the right law firm.
Someone who can be empathetic and sympathetic to injured callers.
Someone who with exceptional phone and sales skills.
Someone with a drive to succeed.
We are NOT looking for:
Someone to come to work everyday and just sit answering phones.
Someone that cannot work unsupervised or as a team player.
Someone with a bad attitude when phones are busy.
Someone with no confidence in themselves or our firm.
This is a full time position. Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. We offer competitive benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO and Holiday's after 60 days of a 90 probationary period. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan. In addition to salary, there are opportunities to make bonus.
