Our ideal candidate resides in the Elk Grove, South Sacramento, or Galt area and brings either fresh paralegal certification or 1+ years of legal experience.
As a full-service plaintiff's firm, we offer an immersive environment where you'll develop extensive skills in both pre-litigation and litigation support. In pre-litigation, you'll manage cases through direct client interaction, insurance company negotiations, medical record coordination, and settlement demand preparation. Your litigation responsibilities will include drafting complaints, managing discovery, conducting legal research, and preparing legal memoranda.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, strong writing skills, meticulous organization, and outstanding time management. We value self-starters who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and maintain unwavering commitment to quality work.
Our full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) comes with a comprehensive benefits package including fully employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a matching 401(k) with profit sharing. Part-time arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates. Compensation ranges from $20-25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
