Objectives will include but are not limited to: supporting attorneys with preparation of documents, calendaring, organizing files and evidence, obtaining information from clients, setting up discovery and pleading shells, finalizing documents for filings and service, conventional and e-filing in State Courts, maintaining files as well as other administrative duties assigned. 1+ years of experience is required.
We are entirely paperless. All documentation is accessed and worked with electronically. Furthermore we use internet phones. It is imperative the candidate is comfortable with a fully electronic environment.
Our attorneys work at a lightning face pace. The candidate we're seeking would have the skills necessary and the willingness to ensure all attorney work is properly logged, electronically filed, and documented. Furthermore keeping the attorneys calendar is essential.

Requirements and Qualification
Typing minimum: 50 WPM, 90% accuracyÂ
