This position requires NO SELLING. This role involves lead management, qualifying and scheduling appointments over the phone.
Basic duties will begin with making all prospecting calls and working with your own warm leads (No Cold Calls) to generate appointments for prospective clients. Clients will receive a 7 night vacation if they schedule and keep their appointment.
Main priority will be calling on warm prospects and setting appointments with them and following up.
Skills needed:
Positive attitude and a Motivated Self-Starter
At least 1 year of outbound calling experience
Strong work ethic and Organization Skills
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Customer services best-practices
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Responsibilities include:
Calling prospective customers/leads
Use of scripts & rebuttals may be required
Complete Prospect Profile & Qualifying
Successful candidate will be infectiously friendly and impeccably professional when speaking on the phone
Verify qualifying questions, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Schedule appointments for clients to attend a presentation at a resort.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year work experience in telemarketing, scheduling or appointment setting.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
