We are California Renewable Energy looking to add energetic, self motivated individuals to manage the our growing renewable energy business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Day-to-day coordination of assigned tracker supply and installation project including budgets, schedules, manufacturing, logistics and compliance;
-Responsible for customer verbal and written communications for assigned tracker supply and installation projects;
-Manage consultants, contractors and other resources engaged to assist with project management activities;
-Prepare and update internal verbal and written project management reports with respect to assigned projects;
-Oversee all aspects of projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
-Responsible for coordination and completion of assigned projects and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, selecting contractors, and monitoring and summarizing progress of supply, installation and operating projects.
-Lead the project execution planning; assist with major issues, problems, and policy conflicts; remove obstacles; be active in project execution risk management.
-Utilize knowledge of utility, AHJ and Cal Renew's Policies.
-Qualification Requirements-
Preferred CAD, engineering, architectural or construction experience
Preferred experience with sales, administration, and customer support
Must be proficient at multitasking, high attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills required
Excellent telephone skills required
Must be an advanced user of computer tools for communication and problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
Discretion and confidentiality
Must have outstanding follow-through
Verbal and written fluency in Spanish a plus
Pay: $18-23/hour plus performance based bonuses
Schedule: Full time
Benefits: Vision, dental and health insurance eligible after 90 days. PTO and vacation accrual after 90 days.
