Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Calibration Inspector

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

Demonstrate the ability to perform calibration on inspection tools and instrumentation.

Demonstrate the ability to manage tool calibration software.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with vendors

Perform mechanical inspections to ensure all equipment meets established standards and consistently produces accurate and reliable results.

Qualification Requirements:

Pass required vision examination

Desirable Skills:

The ability to read prints and specifications

Use of hand tools and surface plate set-up

Familiarity with ASME Y14.5M

Strong organizational skills

Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

Desired Experience:

1 year minimum experience in mechanical inspection

Training:

On the job training provided
