As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our front office Admin team and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients. This role includes frequent communication with various insurance providers, running pre- authorizations, creating financial agreements for treatment plans, educating patients about their dental care and treatment options, and ensuring every patient enjoys a positive and professional experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. supporting both clinical and administrative tasks when needed. You will work closely with a caring team that values communication, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of dental office experience, including proficiency with dental practice management software
such as Dentrix (or similar systems).
Create and present comprehensive treatment plans and financial arrangements
Manage scheduling and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
Process and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations and claims
Communicate effectively with multiple insurance carriers
Provide outstanding customer service and patient education regarding dental treatments
Support a welcoming, patient-focused environment
