We are currently seeking an HOA Front Desk Admin to join our team. This position is the initial contact for walk-in-member traffic and is fast paced. The individual must be professional and friendly, be able to multi-task and support several departments while prioritizing and communicating clearly and effectively. If you have previous HOA administrative support experience, wed like to meet you.
Skills and abilities:
Reliable
High level admin skills
Answer multi-line phones
Ability to understand and become proficient in HOA software
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Customer service oriented
Understand POS system and money counting
Working knowledge of office equipment
Education and Experience:
At least 3 years as an admin support or front desk experience
AA preferred
You will be tested on your skill level
Must pass a background check
