Hygiene Coordinator
We are a friendly, modern dental office in El Dorado Hills looking to add a Hygiene Coordinator position to our growing practice. You will be working side by side with an already established front office staff.
Main duties will involve overseeing the hygiene schedule for hygienists, preparing for copays, and collecting payment from patients.
Skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Presenting treatment plans
Basic dental knowledge
Treatment & Financial coordinating with patients
Dentrix Software Experience a Plus
Practice Communication software (Preferably Weave)
Attention to detail & works well with others
Well-organized and reliable
Efficient maintaining patient schedule
Collecting over-the-counter payments and co-pays for routine treatment
General Front Office Duties
Requirements and Hours:
Must have 3 years- Dental Experience
High School or equivalent (preferred)
4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
