Resident manager needed for 16 unit building in North Highlands. The current 16 unit building was part of a two building, 32 unit property in which one of the two buildings was lost to fire. The position comes with a free studio apartment, all utilities paid plus phone allowance and monthly stipend. There may be an opportunity to transfer to a new, larger unit with additional responsibilities once the building is rebuilt. Familiarity with property management software (we use Appfolio), attention to detail, and strong organizational skills necessary.
