Sacramento based Mortgage Broker is looking for a Skilled and Experienced Loan Processor, with at least 5 years of experience in the industry.
Since you have at least 5 years of experience, you know what it takes to close a file from the beginning to the end.
You will have an assistant who takes care of VOEs, appraisals, title, etc. as appropriate.
Your concentration will be on knowing guidelines, running AUS, submitting files, clearing conditions, and closing loans.
You must be able to close 10+ loans monthly.
Full Time Employment only.
Will pay Top Income to the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
Must be proficient in DU/DO, LP, and Point.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
Must be proficient with all guidelines and websites necessary to complete job functions.
Minimum 5 years of mortgage processing, underwriting, or a combination of both.
Must be detail oriented.
