Full Time SELF STORAGE Assistant Manager for Roseville storage facility.
Compensation: Starting pay $20 hr w/$10 per rental bonuses. Performance Bonus $2,000 bonus to be paid in December.
Large, clean self-storage facilities with friendly employees. This job is perfect for someone that likes interacting with the public, has sales experience and/or property management experience, has good customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting and posting rent payments
Courtesy calls and customer service
Admin. duties including filing paperwork, mailing legal notices
General light maintenance throughout the facility
Qualifications:
Prior experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have the following skills:
Organization and office skills
Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently
Candidates must have excellent customer service and sales skills
Basic computer and math skills
Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle
Ability to lift 30 lbs./Walk up and down stairs
Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings until 7:00 pm
