Necessary Skills/ Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver's License/ ID
Must have current BSIS Guard Card.
Must provide an H-6 (driving record) - if applying for vehicle patrol.
Report writing experience
Ability to read, write, and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
Reliable transportation
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to pass a drug test and background check
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Summary:
Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
Must be able to conduct foot patrols, alone and with a partner.
Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
Maintain professional communications with clients and colleagues.
Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire, and damage to property.
