NPS is looking for a Security Supervisor to work at our Corporate Campus in Rancho Cordova.
Job Duties will include:
Supervising all security staff
Scheduling security staff to meet company needs
Preparing weekly payroll and verifying time sheets.
Training and coaching of new and current security staff.
Building a relationship with the client and client employees.
Enforcing policy and procedures.
Completing daily tasks as set by client and NPS.
Candidates MUST have the following:
Supervisor experience in the security field.
Valid California Guard Card.
Computer knowledge.
Flexible schedule.
Great communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to build and lead a team.
This position will report directly to the VP of operations. This is a full time position. This is an unarmed position.
