Looking for someone to take over my lease in a beautiful suite located inside of Studio 55 Salon Suites of Folsom.
Lease will start July/August (depending) and ending in Feb. 2020. There is a lobby area inside for clients where they can enjoy a cup of Hot Tea or Coffee as well as watching T.V. all while waiting for their appointment! There is also a receptionist at the front to greet your clients and guide them to your room if needed.

-Access into building after hours
-Laundry room right outside the suite
-Room comes with a sink and cabinetry/storage
