Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our Woodland, Ca based concrete construction team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing concrete construction projects to ensure that the jobs are completed on time and within budget. This position will report directly to the owners of the company.
Work is within 100 mile radius
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
- 10 + years of concrete experience
- Must be able to run/manage a crew of 10+
- Supervise subcontractors on-site
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Set elevations
- Layouts
- Foundations
- Curb/Gutter
- Commercial/City concrete knowledge such as manholes and valleys etc.
- ADA
- Able to lead a team by example
Pay is $40.00 to $60.00 per hour DOE
