NOW HIRING, General Contractors office assistant. Ideal candidate is a foreman or any highly experienced jobsite position that is now to old or injured to work on site, but still would like to work in the trades from an office chair. I would also consider hiring a college student who is training to be a structural engineering or architect. Anyone with office experience has a chance at this job, as long as they are smart, motivated, & able to impress at the interview.
Pay is negotiable, schedule is negotiable. We need an office assistant to answer phones, facilitate paperwork, attend inspections occasionally, and draft plan modifications for review. CAD skills a plus, ability to modify PDF files is a requirement.
NOTE: either part time and full time are a possibility
