What You’ll Do:
Hands-on carpentry: rough framing through clean finish work
Support subs and ensure accuracy with plans and layouts
Maintain quality between phases & help solve build-related challenges
Punch lists And miscellaneous trades as needed
Keep simple daily notes in Buildertrend (nothing crazy)
Focus on the work — not sales, invoicing, or endless client conversations
What You Won’t Do Anymore:
Bid against five other contractors to maybe win a job
Babysit budgets and collections
Spend every night writing estimates and emails
Be the only person responsible when things get tough
