What You'll Do:
Get dispatched from HOME each morning.
Drive your company truck (it stays with you, take it home)
Run an average of 4-6 service calls per day.
Actually diagnose and repair problems.
Go home when you're done.
What You Won't Do:
Oversell equipment to hit commission targets
Sacrifice your integrity for a sales bonus
Sit through pointless sales meetings
Who We're Looking For:
Lives LOCAL
Qualified tech with field experience
EPA certified, clean driving record, clean background
Someone who takes pride in doing the job RIGHT
Trustworthy enough to represent us without babysitting
Works safely and responsibly
What You Get:
$25-35 HR (based on experience, NOT sales numbers)
Take home truck + gas card
No on-call nonsense
