CARPENTER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a First-Class Customer Experience by following our proven process
Processing change orders
Adhere to project schedules and budgeted hours
Communicate with project management team
ABOUT YOU - TRAITS AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS:
You love doing dry rot repairs
You are consistent and detail oriented
You want structure and systems
You can adapt to various situations with ease
You can build rapport with a wide range of individuals
You take ownership and are accountable for your actions
You work effectively and productively with others
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
Your own vehicle and tools
Ability to pass background check
Minimum of one year experience doing dry rot repairs
SCHEDULE
7:30 – 4:00 M-F
COMPENSATION:
$20-$35 per hour based on experience
Bonus for every job brought in under budget
