- Install, upgrade and repair servers in a large-scale data center environment
- Perform infrastructure installation and upgrades
- Perform basic network connections and troubleshooting
- Respond to and update tickets in accordance with team procedures
- Track and escalate trouble tickets to resolution
- Work closely with cross functional groups in a team-oriented environment
- Minimum 2 to 3 years supporting Linux OS on server-based platforms
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing server-based platforms
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and network technologies
- Previous experience working in a Data Center environment
- Established knowledge of MAC OS
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude
