Kombucha On Tap, a healthy beverage distribution company located in Vista, CA is looking for an experienced in-house full charge bookkeeper. Job Requirements:
5 Plus years of experience in bookkeeping (not clerical or clerking)
Understands and can demonstrate double entry accounting
Ability to accurately and timely post transactions in a fast-paced and changing environment of a growing company
Experienced with QuickBooks Online
Accounts Receivable Processing in a very dynamic environment, Including:
Processing invoices in an inventory environment
Processing customer credits and refunds
Processing receipts from a variety of payment methods
Maintaining good working relationship with customers
Handling collections on slow accounts Accounts Payable processing, both bill entry and cash disbursements
Experience with payroll for small business, including:
Assisting owners with maintaining organized employee files
Coordinate with the accounting firm to update earnings and deduction codes
Process payroll for both hourly and salary employees
Not required but would be great:
Experience in an inventory/warehousing environment
Credit card reconciliations
