We are seeking a Property Manager-Leasing Representative for our (Residential & Business Office) complex located in Down Town Oceanside, California.
This is a position for someone who thrives on new challenges every day, to lead sales and ensure the maximization of revenue, achieve results, provide superior customer service, and meet occupancy goals. This position is responsible for managing and leasing process, working closely with on-site maintenance & cleaning staff and off-site vendors. Other duties involve developing relationships with outside brokers and building energy and excitement about the project as well as overseeing all property management, maintenance construction/renovation, budget planning, expense review and control, collections and tenant relations of the assigned property.
