Top Tier Junk Removal is looking for a Junk Removal Technician to join our team. We are in our second year of operation and growing quickly. A qualified candidate will be able to lead a small crew; perform estimates; load and unload our trucks with safety as the top priority; and complete removal tasks at both residential and business locations. Hard work and professionalism will allow you to progress rapidly within our organization. Our next team member will be one who understands the importance of customer service and going above and beyond. Excellent customer service and documented reviews will lead to incentive bonuses ().
Minimum qualifications include:
- At least 3 years in the customer service industry (sales or moving industry experience a plus),
- Valid CA drivers license (No DUI or excessive tickets),
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screening,
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude,
- Have your own transportation to and from work,
- Lift at least 100 lbs. (unassisted), and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
College students looking for part time work is a plus! Experience driving box trucks a plus!
This job is NOT a day labor position. You will receive scheduled paychecks for hours worked.
