Scope and Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing and marketing of the apartment community, and assists the Community Manager in managing the apartment community (if applicable).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college level courses preferred.
Experience:
Previous sales or customer service experience required
Leasing experience preferred
Yardi experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Must be able to read, write and speak in English
Required to work weekends
Bilingual Preferred
Essential Duties:
Drive sales performance by understanding and achieving sales goals
Display an outgoing and welcoming demeanor when working with residents
Present an exceptional community tour, resulting in leasing apartment homes and capturing marketing leads
Accurately prepare necessary documents for move-ins and lease renewals
Consistently maintain exceptional customer service and effective follow up of marketing leads
This position may require you to travel to other properties or training sites occasionally (or frequently if a rover position)
Regular, reliable and consistent attendance
