Position Overview:
We are looking for independent contractors to join our team as Virtual Vehicle Inspection Agents. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity where you can set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home. Inspections are conducted via video chat, and each inspection takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct virtual vehicle inspections through video chat following company guidelines.
✅ Ensure inspection reports are completed accurately and efficiently.
✅ Provide excellent customer service while guiding drivers through the inspection process.
✅ Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all inspections.
Requirements:
️ Laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
️ iPhone (Required) for conducting video chat inspections.
️ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
️ Ability to work independently and follow provided guidelines.
️ Prior customer service or inspection experience is a plus (but not required).
