Carlsbad Country Day School is looking to hire a fully qualified Preschool Teacher for our Preschool Program, Monday - Friday from 8:30-5:30 pm and an Infant Teacher for our Infant Program.
Position pays $18-21 an hour to start plus benefits after 90 days of employment. Our benefit package includes reduced childcare for children over 2 years of age, a 401k, medical benefits, a semi-annual company cruise, 6 weeks of paid time off annually, school reimbursement and more.
Ideal applicants for our Preschool Program will have at least 2 prior years of experience. Additionally, preschool program applicants will ideally have an AD in Child Development or a BA in any field. In addition to your degree, applicant must have completed the following 12 units with a C or better:
Child Growth and Development - 3 Units
The Child, Family, & Community- 3 Units
A Curriculum Class for Children Under 5 - 3 Units
An Elective Class in Early Childhood Education - 3 Units
Ideal Applicants for our Infant and Toddler Program will have completed the following 12 units before applying:
