Description SAIC is seeking a

Network Engineer to support a SPAWAR contract located in Old Towne

San Diego, CA to provide network support, installation and troubleshooting for the Network Integration and Engineering Facility (NIEF) and assist in the development and maintenance of network communications. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of experience; AA Degree in related discipline and four (4) years related experience; High School and six (6) years of related experience with relevant certification.

Required skills:

Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help configure and install network components
Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
Diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software issues.

Required certification(s):

Current CompTIA Security+ certification

Required clearance:

Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Desired skills

Familiarity with ADNS/CANES/SCI Network/ISNS a plus!
