Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an SCCM Windows Engineer in San Diego, CA to join the enterprise support team for the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Network at the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an enterprise Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure that supports the full life-cycle of over 4,000 Windows clients
Responsibilities for the SCCM Windows Engineer include:• Deploy applications & packages in SCCM • Run reports in SCCM to manage app deployment compliance• Perform test and validation of patch deployments using an "early adopters" group within the production environment before deploying them to the general population.• Use the SCCM fast channel and Configuration Manager (CM) Pivot features to isolate and remediate security vulnerabilities as directed by NIWC Pacific Network Security.Certifications/Qualifications for the SCCM Windows Engineer include:- 5+ years of experience with Windows systems
- 2+ years of experience with SCCM
- Security+ CE
- GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
- Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
- System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- SECRET CLEARANCE
- $80,000K - $90,000
