Job Description

Position Summary

In addition to managing the Sales Territory’s Plan and partnering with the Inside Sales Director, the Lead Territory Manager is responsible for establishing and increasing sales and customer satisfaction within an assigned geographic area. This role is also a role model for the Sales Organization, responsible for training new and existing Territory Managers on topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge and business acumen. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the team by providing mentorship and coaching as needed.

Major Responsibilities

  • Leads by example to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets
  • Identify, target and convert prospect accounts and new business with dentists and orthodontists.
  • Initially establish, then service existing accounts, acquire new accounts, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet the corporate sales objectives.
  • Complete team sales forecasts, monitor team activity and production, and provide coaching and support as needed.
  • Provide excellent in person attention and develop relationships with team to help assess and support the needs of the team and future development.
  • Support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
  • Mentor all new Territory Managers, promoting the ClearCorrect brand and culture in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for training new and existing Territory Managers on topics such as proven sales techniques, product knowledge and business acumen.
  • Provide support to Sales Management as subject matter experts in their field taking on projects as assigned.
  • Attend Regional and National sales and training meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Medical device or dental industry experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience with clinicians as the principal point of contact required.
