If you are interested, please email rgilpin@genuent.comJOB DESCRIPTION:Reporting to RLDM Supervisor, the Default Support Specialist is responsible for managing their assigned portfolio in accordance with all state, federal laws while maintaining compliance with investor, insurer, agency and company guidelines. Designated functions include but are not limited to overseeing default letters, periodic billing statement quality assurance, invoice processing, valuation processing, foreclosure property registration/ deregistration, code violation resolution, property preservation monitoring and miscellaneous Default support functions.JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain a good business relationship with internal and external vendors and borrowers.
- Manage daily, weekly and bi-monthly reports to ensure that all assigned functions are proceeding within a timely fashion.
- Partner with other departments including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Mortgage Assistance, Residential Appraisal, Collections, Cash Transaction Operations and REO.
- Assist with development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing aspects of vendor management including SLAs and conference calls to communicate feedback as to quality of work.
- Assist in managing internal and external audits.
- Aid management in new hire training, cross-training and back-up when others are out of the office.
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
