This will require working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Software, and Service teams to drive effectiveness through a total solution mindset and process orientated team. Engage in customer facing activities
Create innovative solutions
You will lead and develop a team of consultant and solution engineers.
You will guide and validate your teams’ solutions and presentations.
You will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training.
You will drive cross-functional alignment to customer need
Analyze growth opportunities
Analyze product development needs
Coach on targeted product value propositions
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Present technical sales briefings to customers
Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
Provide data for sales collateral
Coordinate efforts of your team
YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree
8+ years of material handling experience
5+ years of Solutions Development & Consultative approach exp.
WE VALUEManagement / Leadership experience
Prior experience managing a cross functional team
External focus with customer-orientated mindset
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
Operational experience in the industry and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse and distribution solutions & practices
Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed environment
Strong management skills and capability to develop talent
Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
