Operating CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, Fanuc controls
loading parts
"outside operations" - manual operations (drill press, deburring)
Electric drill, drilling and tapping
Allen wrench used to bolt down a fixture into t-plate
Experience in manufacturing environment preferably with machine operation
Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools.
Revise or create CNC Program from 3D model, drawings using MasterCam X9 (or above) and Fusion 360.
Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools.
Performs all machine set-ups without assistance. Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and cutters/tooling procurement.
Assist in the development of programming procedures and manufacturing practices.
Modify CNC programs based on data from quality and other
Additional Skills and qualifications
At least one year experience in Machine Operating OR CNC
experience performing set up, adjustments on machinery
Experience operating/using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Experience reading/interpreting blueprints/schematics
