- Develop proof-of-concept implementations of new technologies, as well as drive architecture and design
- Work directly with customers, sponsors, stakeholders and team members to diagnose and provide solutions for technical scenarios
- Author highly efficient code and employ agile methodology to deliver quickly and efficiently
- Write technical implementation guides/documentation
- 7+ years of experience creating intuitive UX in an agile scrum environment
- Strong knowledge and experience in Web Applications with JS frameworks using React/Redux
- Knowledge of pipeline management and work queues (i.e: Redis queues)
- Solid understanding of and experience with Node Applications
- Experience with cloud interface technologies; AWS (EC2, SQS, FSx, AMI)
- Scripting experience (Batch / Bash / Python)
- Familiarity with Unreal and/or Unity
- Agility, flexibility and comfort in dealing with ambiguity in a startup-like environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant work experience required
- Interest and passion for new, emerging technologies
- Experience prototyping
- Experience programming with Unity and/or Unreal. Engine plugin/extension experience a plus.
- Experience with Houdini, Maya and/or other 3D modeling/rendering software
- Experience developing for VR/AR/Mixed Reality platforms
- Experience managing video files/video software
- Interest in and passion for photography/filmmaking
