Carlsbad, CA. Relocation provided, but huge flexibility to work remote

Job Description:

R&D team is looking for naturally curious and adept Full Stack Developers who can pick up a story, ask the right questions to get it done, and deliver a feature or fix that is well tested and maintainable. Applicants should be results oriented, keen on producing high quality software, and good collaborators. Backend development experience isn’t required but the role will not stop at JavaScript. Airspace devs are expected to have the skills necessary to make meaningful contributions to any part of our platform after an acceptable ramp-up time.

What you will do:

Work with our product team to understand the technical needs of features and fixesWork with our QA team to ensure acceptance criteria is met and regressions are avoidedDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeMaintain code quality through test automation and peer code reviewsCollaborate with a team of smart, friendly engineers to develop solutions unique to logistics

What you will bring:

A friendly, humble personality that understands priorities and is hungry to learn2+ years of professional React experience building state driven applications (Redux or MobX preferred)A development style that puts a high value on testing, ideally using React Testing Library and/or CypressA thorough understanding of full stack web development using a modern JavaScript framework, APIs, and microservices (backend experience preferred, Ruby on Rails a big plus).
