Golang Developer for Payment Security Group This job requires expert level hands-on experience with Golang programming.The candidate must be able to start from scratch and be able to work independently with patience to learn what is needed. Should have the ability to understand the consequences of good design vs. bad design and should be able to foresee what can go wrong when the systems are put in to production.A successful candidate should be able demonstrate the fundamentals of software engineering and good coding practices.
Responsibilities:- Design, discuss, code, test, and implement new features
- Work closely with peers and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to curate great design
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and represent them in delivering Arcot product roadmaps
- Propose methods and process improvement to increase developer velocity
- You are coachable and motivated to take complex problems and solve them, making value easy to understand and consume.
