Our client, based in San Diego is seeking a candidate for an immediate Desktop Support Technician for an exciting opportunity!The daily duties will require the candidate to be the onsite technical support for software, hardware and I.T. upgrades. This includes imaging PC’s, updating Windows and configuring systems to ensure the latest software updates are installed for each user. The Desktop support candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems on Windows and assist with upgrades, Office 365, peripherals such as printers, projectors, audio/visual equipment for meetings and VPN access for remote users. An understanding of video conferencing software and VoIP is important for this opportunity. Other duties will include assisting with Wireless connectivity and mobile application support.The skills required include the following:

Microsoft Windows
MS Office (Office 365 is preferred)
Hardware and Software support for PC’s
Configuration and imaging of laptops and working with all telecommunications.
Daily interaction with developers and other members in I.T. as well as all departments to ensure any update to the software and network is installed correctly.
Provide reports on resolved technical issues
