- Perform systems maintenance request.
- Projects: analysis & design, specifications, configuration, documentation, training, conversions, testing, Go live and hyper care support.
- Provide helpdesk support and issues resolution to SAP users.
- Analyzes and gathers business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and process design.
- Writes technical and functional specifications.
- Prepare documentation and work instructions for SAP users.
- Perform SAP training to power and end users.
- May perform duties as a Project Leader following the Kyocera Methodology.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Experience in API/Web development concept is desirable.
- Experience writing functional and/or technical specifications for API/Web development desirable
- Experience on Product Costing desirable
- Experience on Extended WM module preferred
- Cross functional experience with the FI, SD and PP modules with MM integration
- Experience using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
- Solid experience on MM configuration (Materials, Vendors, PR/PO, etc.), including cross application functionality such as Batch Management, Classifications, Serial Numbers, etc.
- Expertise in designing scenarios like Outline Agreements, RFQ, source list, material-vendor info records, reservations, vendor consignment, subcontracting and vendor evaluation.
- Solid experience on Split Valuation and account assignment.
- Expertise in Inventory Management: Customizing done in Goods Movements, Cross Company and Intra-company Stock Transport orders using Stock Transport order STO, Subcontracting, Customer and Vendor Consignment Third Party Orders, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting
- Expertise on WM module.
- Experience on of BAPI's, BADI's, Functional modules, Web Services, EDI, IDOC's interfaces for Purchasing and inventory activities related to Purchasing and Inventory Management between the SAP and Non-SAP systems.
- Some experience on the Production Planning module is preferred.
- Some experience on Supply Network Collaboration/SCM/Ariba is desirable
