Senior Software Engineer, Forms and Interfaces, Front-end

What you get to do in this role:   Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices in software architecture, code reviews, and testing.Will become an expert on our Client Side Scripting API and various UICollaborate with product owners to analyze detailed requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions, from design to production deployment.Develop robust, user-friendly software that empowers customers to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality seamlessly.Drive innovation by contributing to the design and implementation of new products, features, and enhancements to the existing suite.Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Architect and implement end-to-end solutions, including frontend UI components, backend services, and database design.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and non-production environments.Ensure high performance and scalability by optimizing code, database queries, and application architecture.Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure alignment and progress across the team.Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software.Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency.Define and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality across the team.Work with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions that align with business objectives.
